All sales are final and we don't offer refunds or returns. 

Why no refunds on digital products

Our products are delivered as instant downloads. The second your payment goes through, you have full access to the content, so a "return" isn't possible the way it is with a physical item. This is standard for digital goods, and under South African law the cooling-off right that applies to some online purchases does not apply to digital products once the download has begun (Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, s 42(2)). By completing your purchase, you're agreeing that you're buying a digital product for immediate download and that you understand sales are final.
